Micrometer Style Adjustment: Provides speed, precision, and repeatability.

Quick Change Tool:  Makes die changes a quick and simple process.

Grease Maintenance: Lubrication fittings on the crimper makes grease maintenance easier to keep the crimper lubricated for a good performance.

Manual Back Stop: Makes repetitive crimps faster by not having to visually align the fitting before each crimp.

Oil Check: The oil level can be checked through the sight glass window and oil can be drained from rear of the reservoir.

CC150 Crimper uses 84S hydraulic dies.

CC150 Crimper
The CC150 Series hose crimper is a general production crimper with metric dial micrometer and 240 tons of crimping force has the capability to crimp up to 2" 2SP, 1-1/2" 4SP, 1-1/4" 6SP and 2" industrial hose.
Overview

The CC150 crimper is design to handle higher volumes in a shop environment with full production capabilities.

 

The CC150 standard package includes: Metric dial micrometer, foot switch, 84mm quick change tool, 9 station die rack, manual back stop, protective master die foam pads, spare of die studs and quick change tool pins, and mini grease gun w/ CRIMPX die lubricant grease tube.
