Custom Crimp® and ValPower®

Custom Machining Services, Inc. has been producing hose crimpers and crimping dies and accessories since 1984. Custom Crimp® and ValPower® products are produced in a modern 46,000 sq ft facility in Valparaiso, IN.
It is a fully integrated manufacturing, production and design facility. All of the component parts that are used in the product, including the pumps and cylinders, are produced on CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) equipment to assure quality, consistency and optimum manufacturing cost control.

Engineering and Design

Engineering and design personnel are available to assist with special die or crimping requirements or to provide test crimps of customer products on Custom Crimp® or ValPower® equipment.
They are also available to recommend the optimum combination of dies and equipment to best meet a customer's requirements.

Warranty, Repair and Upgrades

Repair and warranty operations are performed on Custom Crimp® and ValPower® components and for many competitive brands as well. All assembly, upgrades and service are done in Valparaiso, Indiana facility.
