D160-SP Series Crimpers

D160S Series Crimpers: Weighing only 72 lbs, frame and strain rods made of steel combined with aluminum flanges provide strength, stability and performance.

High Visibility: Open design, two piece “slide in” die set easy to load dies.

High Visibility: Open design, two piece “slide in” die set and removable pusher allows the operator to accurately position the fitting prior to crimping.

Accurate and Repeatable: Micro-Crimp adjuster is fully adjustable to make precise and repeatable crimps.

Save Time: Built-in adjustable retraction stop limits the ram retraction to speed up repetitive crimps.

LED Indicator Light: Will turn on to indicate that the crimp is complete.

D160-SH & D160-SP Crimpers use D100 hydraulic dies.

D160-SH & D160-SP Crimpers
The D160-SH & D160-SP Series hose crimpers with micrometer style adjustment and 62 tons of crimping force have the capability to crimp hoses up to 1-¼" 2 wire, 1-¼" 4SP, and 1" 6SP.
Overview

Weighing only 72 lbs and mounted on a convenient carrying frame, this 62 ton crimper can be carried to almost any location where service is required.  

Additional features like removable pusher, LED indicator light, and a retraction stop which means that the ram does not have to fully retract between repetitive crimps.
