Vacuum Port: Allow attachment of vacuum system.
Vacuum System is intalled to keep saw and work space clean.
Hose Channel System: Measures and supports the hoses up to 2 inch in diameter as they are being cut.
Hose Helper Attachment: Prevents the hose from being drawn back during a cut and gives the operator the ability to more precisely control the cut length.
Hose Bending Pins: Prevent the blade from binding during a cut.
Resettable Counter: Makes it easy to keep track of the number of cuts made.
Mister Hose Assembly: Sprays a fine mist of air tool oil on the saw blade for longer blade life and cleaner cuts.
Available Mobile Cart the HS-500 hose saw can be mounted on the mobile cart for easy moving around the shop.
Available Hose Reel Rack is designed to keep the hose spools organized and secure, is made of heavy-duty steel and comes in 2 compact designs (24" and 36" wide) to accommodate your needs.
Serrated Blade: Is for general purpose is recommended to cut multi-spiral hose.
Scalloped Blade: Is for general purpose is recommended to cut multi-spiral hose.
Double Bevel w/SS Slots Blade: Is recommended for braided hose with minimum debris during the cut.
The HS-500 standard package includes: 12 inch serrated blade, hose bending pins, hose cut counter, hose helper, and 1-¼" vacuum adapter.
