CC400 Series Crimpers comes with a (5) die storage pockets panel installed to keep frequently used die sets readily available.
CC400 Crimper can be mounted on the crimper stand. Crimper stand have (16) die storage pockets to keep frequently used die sets readily available.
Micrometer Style Adjustment: Provides speed, precision, and repeatability.
Adapter Dies: Quickly and easily change adapter dies.
Quick Change Tool: Makes die changes a quick and simple process.
Grease Maintenance: Lubrication fittings on the crimper makes grease maintenance easier to keep the crimper lubricated for a good performance.
Manual Back Stop: Makes repetitive crimps faster by not having to visually align the fitting before each crimp.
Oil Check: The oil level can be checked through the sight glass window and oil can be drained from rear of the reservoir.
CC400 Crimper uses 99S hydraulic dies.
CC400 Crimper uses 145S Industrial dies.
CC400 Crimper uses 145mm to 99mm Adapter die.
The CC400 crimper is design to handle higher volumes in a shop environment with full production capabilities.
The CC400 standard package includes: Metric dial micrometer, (1) 145mm to 99mm adapter die set, adapter die removal tool, foot switch, 99mm quick change tool, 9 station die rack, manual back stop, protective master die foam pads (installed), spare of die studs and quick change tool pins, and mini grease gun w/ CRIMPX die lubricant grease tube.
