D100-SP-T420 Series Crimpers

D100S-T420 Series Crimpers (crimper only). Select your pump that best fits your portable crimping requirements.

Light-Weight Portable Unit: Truly "portable" crimper can be carried to almost any location where service is required.

Crimper Position: Can be adjusted for optimum crimping position or dropped to vertical position for better balance when the crimper is being carried.

Accurate and Repeatable: Micro-Crimp adjuster is fully adjustable to make precise and repeatable crimps.

 LED Indicator Light: will turn on to indicate that the crimp is complete.

Available Notched Pressure Plate: Is ideal when crimping 90 deg. fittings.

T420 Die Maintenance: Easy lubrication to extend die life and performance.
 

D100-SH-T420 & D100-SP-T420 Crimpers use T420 hydraulic dies.

The D100-SH-T420 & D100-SP-T420 Portable series hose crimpers with micrometer style adjustment and 35 tons of crimping force have the capability to crimp hoses up to 1'' 1-2 wire and 3/4" 4SP.
Overview

Weighing in at 48 lbs and mounted on a lightweight tubular frame, this 35 ton crimper can be carried to almost any location where service is  required.

The D100S-T420 series crimpers are the "go anywhere" crimpers for hoses up to 1".

D100-SH-T420 Crimper (with hand pump), D100-SP-T420 Crimper (with pneumatic pump) & D100S-T420 (crimper only). Available electric pumps.
