The preventative maintenance program can be set up in a quarterly, semi-annually, or annual contract. The features of this program ensure that your crimpers run consistently with minimal downtime. This program has a flat fee rate per option with pricing breaks on multiple crimpers.

The machine will be cleaned, greased, and go through an extensive checklist. The crimper will also have its calibration checked and adjusted as needed. The crimper will also go through a pressure check. At the conclusion of the inspection the technician will give a written recommendation of further maintenance and parts issues.

This option includes all items from option #1 in addition to replacing the master die springs and all seals. When the machine is apart the technician will clean and re-grease the crimping head. The hydraulic reservoir will be cleaned and the oil replaced. The pump will be checked for cracks and the hydraulic lines will be checked for tightness. All seals and wear bands will be replaced. We will also check functionality of all grease zerks, wear plates, and t-nuts.

The service contract program is setup thru a yearly contract. This contract allows you to schedule machine repair at your facility whenever needed throughout the year. The flat fee rate per year covers travel costs and labor rates for up to 3 visits. The program also includes performing Option #1 from the Preventative Maintenance Program once a year. There will be a 25% price break on all components needed to fix your crimper while it’s under contract.

This program allows you to eliminate worries about shipping costs and machine downtime. The feature of this program is to schedule a technician to come into your facility to perform work that you request ahead of time. There is usually a 2 week lead time, based on availability, for a technician to arrive and perform the tasks required. If there is a need of a technician being there before the 2 week time line a surcharge will be applied to your costs.
